What We Offer
Kinew Housing Inc. provides a variety of safe and affordable housing options to meet the needs of Indigenous individuals and families across Winnipeg. Our homes are located throughout the city and include single-family houses, duplexes, side-by-sides, and we have three apartment buildings.

 

We offer accommodations ranging from 1 to 6 bedrooms, making our housing suitable for both individuals and larger families. Water and Gas are included in all apartment buildings, with tenants responsible only for Hydro. Tenants who live in one of our homes will be responsible to pay for Water, Hydro, and Gas.
